This time, I seriously failed a course. The grade was so bad that the system didn't give it to me or display it. QQ I hope I don't get kicked out of the institution like one of my friends did when he failed a course.
If I don't get kicked out, I will aim for 90's in my assignment. I thought just passing was good enough, but I guess it isn't anymore.
I hope I will still be able to attend December's Toronto anime con. I am afraid I won't finish all my assignments on time. As for DotCon, I don't think it's worth attending for me. November will be assignment rich month: full of anti-vitamin stress.

I was One Ugly Baby
I can now confirm that I was an ugly baby inside and out. I had (and still have) a horrible personality. Seriously. If you spend a lot of time with me and got to know the real me, you would get sick of my face (aside from it being ugly). My little sister can back up that statement. From all the group photos I had as a baby with other babies, I was freaky and ugly. Okay, Asian ugly. I know cute babies when I see them, and I was not one of them. My cousin's kid on the other hand was adorable. She's beautiful now. Age has done well on her.
I, on the other hand, am... er... a little below average. I attract much more positive attention with a mask on. Without a mask I pretty much attract negative attention. Really. If you know me in real life and you say that I am not ugly, but cute, it's O.K. I know the truth. I stare at myself every morning.
I guess I should work on a signature mask for myself. I'll wear it to places where I know I wouldn't get arrested for wearing it.
Proof that I look better with a mask on:
Aside from it being cosplay, I look nice, eh? ;D
Now. Proof that I look bad without a mask on:
Side picture (profile?) of my face. If it looks okay or very nice, it's not the same with the portrait of the whole face. There are cases where people look nice on the side and front, but that does not apply to me. If I can find or get an okay photograph of my portrait I will post it.
I am sorry if this post has offended anyone. I just want to express my feelings on how I look, since I don't usually do so(due to certain circumstances) offline.

Yoroshiku Master
I was reading Yoroshiku Master and noticed a pattern in the chapter themes. In every other chapter there's a winter Santa theme, and in every other chapter that's not about winter there is a summer bathing suit theme at the beach. =_=" I stopped reading it after I realized the pattern.

Pleasacure
I've been making drafts for the Pleasacure blog. I hope to finish enough for weekly updates by the beginning of October.
FYI: Never leave university work to the last hour or else you'll get stressed and lose enough hair for a new bald spot on your head.

Need more sleep
Between the social life, academic life, and personal affairs, I always sacrificed my sleep time. I think I should stop that and just get the rest I need. Sleep is good.
Actions plan (?): sleep early, wake up early, and work on school work in the mornings. Chores can be done before sleep or on days off.

Ad Box = Whoops
I made a mistake of making the ad box on the side rated "not safe for work," which I still don't completly understand but am sure it also means "not safe for kids." (Uh oh.) So I changed it to the mode that means "safe for all audiences," (I hope) but it may take awhile before it becomes that way (no!!!).
I'm so bad.

It's so far
Ha. The title's too abstract.
DotCon recently updated its website (link) and they have changed their location to somewhere near the airport in Mississauga. It. Is. Too far! What were they thinking? I know that convention guests are important, but isn't the convenience for conventioneers more important? The location seems even more in-the-middle-of-nowhere than their last one, and it's harder to get there by public transportation for most conventioneers I know.
When I hear about Anime North, I think "cool."
When I hear about Fan Expo, I think "cool."
When I hear about DotCon, I think "psh, whatever."
I don't even know if I should attend DotCon every time it announces its dates. Anyone out there want to put in a few good words about DotCon? Are there even restaurants around their new location?

Textbooks...
Textbooks are expensive. :(
I start school in less than 12 hours. In 9 hours I will be eating breakfast, then taking a 1.5 hour bus ride to school. Eight hours after the first class of the day I will take a 25 minute bus ride to the nearest GO station and wait in the dark for someone to drive me home.
The schedule's not the best, and not the worst. It's just fine.
