Gorillaz

I recently bought Gorillaz' Plastic Beach. The CD art is as interesting as the music. I really like the Gorillaz' style: they have a variety of sounds and their image takes you into another world that can be related to reality.

I've known about the Gorillaz ever since I watched a commercial for their CD "Demon Days" in Hong Kong back in the early 2000's. My late grandmother told me that their music is good when she caught me watching the commercial. I later met a Gorillaz fan in residence at York University. I never really checked out their music until recently though. Why is that? @_@

Dear Left Leg,

I am sorry that you will forever have an ugly grayish blue scar on you because of my tendency to allow people to carry me and for falling on the edge of a rock hard sofa as someone was gracefully letting me down. I hope that you will find the blood flow to forgive me as we are bound for as long as you are attached to me. Let's hope that you still have the strength to carry me like the recently sprained right ankle had.
