There's a new anime convention in Toronto and its name is "Frostcon."
Frostcon is a small convention that will be held at Toronto's St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 11 AM until 7 PM. The all day ticket price for the event will be $10. Main features to the convention will be panels, workshops, a dealers room, an artist alley, and lots of cosplay. (Yay, cosplay!)
